Responsibility

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in the healthcare and medical sector.
  • Develop and implement SFE strategies, including territory alignment, resource allocation, and incentive programs to optimize field sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure sales strategies align with business goals and market demands.
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify best practices for sales force optimization.
  • Train and support sales teams on SFE tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance their performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in healthcare sales to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or sales force effectiveness (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare and medical industry, including market dynamics and regulatory environments, is advantageous.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
