Responsibility
- Conduct thorough TCM consultations, including pulse diagnosis, tongue examination, and patient history analysis to assess health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using TCM principles, including herbal prescriptions, acupuncture, and other modalities.
- Perform acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, and tuina massage with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Educate patients on TCM theories, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments to support long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care where applicable.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with local and international standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in TCM research and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatments.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions and clinical procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid license to practice Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from a recognized authority (e.g., Singapore TCM Practitioners Board, China, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in TCM diagnosis and treatment, preferably in a multicultural setting.
- Proficiency in acupuncture, herbal medicine prescription, and syndrome differentiation (辨证论治).
- Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin or Indonesian is a plus).
- Knowledge of Western medical basics to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.
