Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each clientâs needs and goals.
- Administer evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs to ensure long-term recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and track progress.
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately in compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops, certifications, and continuing education courses.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment, adhering to infection control and equipment maintenance protocols.
- Provide exceptional patient care with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to improving overall well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Physical Therapy license (local or international, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or geriatrics (fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds may be considered).
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with therapeutic techniques, manual therapy, and rehabilitation equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills.
