Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medications.
- Process prescriptions and maintain patient records with confidentiality and precision.
- Operate pharmacy software and cash registers for billing and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care and medication management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Assistance or related field.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in medication dispensing.
