Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and simulation materials for medical training sessions
- Assist in setting up and operating medical simulation scenarios under supervisor guidance
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory inventory and equipment maintenance schedules
- Support the calibration and troubleshooting of medical simulation devices
- Assist in training sessions by demonstrating proper use of laboratory equipment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols in the simulation laboratory
- Collaborate with medical educators to develop realistic training scenarios
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory processes
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in clinical laboratory or medical simulation environment
- Familiarity with medical laboratory equipment and simulation technology
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency including laboratory management software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for training sessions
- Certification in laboratory safety or medical simulation is advantageous
