Responsibility
- Handle and prepare cadavers and specimens for anatomical studies with precision and care.
- Assist faculty members in laboratory demonstrations, dissections, and educational activities.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring all tools and instruments are sterilized and functional.
- Adhere to strict safety, biohazard, and ethical guidelines in all laboratory procedures.
- Document and organize laboratory records, including specimen logs and inventory management.
- Support the setup and breakdown of laboratory sessions, ensuring a seamless learning environment.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and improve laboratory protocols and procedures.
- Provide technical assistance during medical training sessions and research projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in cadaver handling, specimen preparation, or laboratory assistance.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and biohazard management.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented medical environment.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and maintaining accurate records.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
