Responsibility
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sure-Fast Med Solutions' healthcare products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the healthcare sector.
- Provide expert product training and support to sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product messaging, sales collateral, and digital content tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and product development teams to gather feedback and advocate for product improvements.
- Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements.
- Monitor and report on product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to inform business decisions.
- Represent Sure-Fast Med Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build brand awareness and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a similar role within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of success in market analysis, product positioning, and customer engagement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex product information clearly and persuasively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed to support business objectives.
