Responsibility
- Administer first aid and emergency medical care to workers on project sites, ensuring prompt and effective response to injuries or health incidents.
- Monitor and assess the health conditions of workers, including conducting regular health screenings and identifying potential occupational health risks.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards, regulations, and company policies across all project sites.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, incident reports, and health documentation for all workers.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to implement and enforce health and safety protocols, including PPE usage and hazard communication.
- Conduct health and safety training sessions for workers, promoting awareness and best practices for injury prevention and wellness.
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers and emergency services to facilitate timely medical referrals and follow-up care when needed.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of occupational health programs.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in Indonesia or eligibility for licensure in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, emergency care, or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, first aid procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with workers, management, and external healthcare providers.
- Proficient in maintaining medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic and sometimes challenging environments, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
