Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
- Present and promote medical products to healthcare providers, highlighting benefits and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and product launches.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare marketing (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of medical products, terminology, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
