Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, psychologists, and educators, to ensure holistic care.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills.
- Educate clients and their families on strategies to support communication development at home.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology through continuous professional development.
- Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about speech and language disorders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid certification or licensure as a Speech & Language Therapist.
- Proven experience working with individuals with communication disorders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and communication devices is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
