Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional operational strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and scalability in MedComms services.
- Oversee multi-country project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Optimize cost structures and resource allocation to maximize profitability without compromising service excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and expand high-performing cross-functional teams across different markets.
- Establish and maintain standardized processes and SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience in a dynamic healthcare landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role within Healthcare, Medical Communications, or Pharma.
- Proven track record in scaling operations, process optimization, and cost management in a multi-country setting.
- Strong understanding of MedComms, regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, EMA), and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI platforms).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
