Revass Utama Medika is seeking dynamic and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representatives to join our expanding team in Bali. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for medical device products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits and features of our medical devices.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Provide excellent after-sales support, including troubleshooting and training for clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and best practices in medical device sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field. Candidates with a medical or pharmaceutical background are highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within Bali as required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about improving healthcare through technology.
