Responsibility
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, concerns, and aesthetic goals, providing tailored treatment plans.
- Perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, PRP, laser treatments, and chemical peels with precision and care.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic medicine trends, techniques, and FDA-approved products to ensure best practices.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, managing expectations and ensuring optimal, long-lasting results.
- Maintain meticulous medical records and adhere to clinic protocols for hygiene, safety, and compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, nurses, and wellness specialists to deliver holistic, multi-disciplinary care.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in patient interactions, prioritizing well-being over commercial interests.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as social media content or workshops, to promote the clinic’s services.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (S.Ked or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a valid Indonesian medical license (SIP).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, with a proven track record in injectables, lasers, or skin treatments.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., from IAAFA, A4M, or local accredited programs) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with diverse, international clientele.
- Strong attention to detail and artistic eye for symmetry, proportion, and natural-looking enhancements.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Mandarin or Russian, are a plus).
- Commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, or advanced training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
