Responsibility
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions.
- Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine treatment needs and progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Design and oversee rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy and integrate evidence-based practices into treatment protocols.
- Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives to promote wellness and injury prevention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia.
- Proven expertise in assessing and treating musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is highly desirable.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
