Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with professional standards
- Participate in community outreach programs and health education workshops
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy through continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Valid physiotherapy license to practice in Indonesia
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (fresh graduates with strong academic records may be considered)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Basic computer literacy for electronic medical records
