Responsibility
- Provide immediate and high-quality nursing care to patients in emergency situations.
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform emergency procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on post-emergency care and follow-up procedures.
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the emergency department.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay updated with emergency nursing best practices.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing or critical care.
- Strong clinical skills, including IV insertion, wound care, and emergency interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure in high-stress situations.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and technology used in emergency care.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
