Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in occupational therapy.
- Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines set by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
Qualifications
- Fully registered with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience in occupational therapy.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to adapt to different work environments and patient needs.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia.
