Responsibility
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.) accurately.
- Prepare and sanitize examination rooms, ensuring all medical equipment is sterile and functional.
- Administer injections, draw blood, and collect specimens as directed by medical staff.
- Manage patient records, update electronic health systems, and maintain confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and handle front-desk duties including check-ins and billing.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, medications, and general health practices.
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies and restock as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Medical Assisting (e.g., CMA, RMA) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting (fresh graduates with internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic pharmacology.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Valid CPR/BLS certification.
