Responsibility
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, ensuring high-quality results and patient safety.
- Operate and maintain advanced radiography equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as needed to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely interpretation of imaging results.
- Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols and guidelines to protect patients, staff, and yourself from unnecessary exposure.
- Provide compassionate and professional care to patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including imaging reports and procedural documentation, in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development, staying updated on the latest advancements in radiography techniques and technologies.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior radiographers or students, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree or diploma in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Valid certification or licensure as a Radiographer in Indonesia or eligibility for registration with the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Radiographer in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic imaging center.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining radiography equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI systems.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable; additional languages are a plus.
