Responsibility

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for US-based roles using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (entry-level candidates with internships or training are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of US hiring practices, labor laws, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
