Responsibility
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for US-based roles using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (entry-level candidates with internships or training are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices, labor laws, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS software).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote setting.
