Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and assess qualifications against job requirements.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the company’s ATS.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately.
- Stay updated on US labor laws and recruitment best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination, preferably for US-based roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with US recruitment practices, employment laws, and cultural nuances.
- Tech-savvy with experience in virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
