Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on talent retention, performance management, and cultural integration.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across multiple locations.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with local labor laws in Indonesia and other regional markets.
- Design and execute training and development programs to upskill teams and foster leadership growth.
- Manage compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber professionals and enhance Mindox Technoâs reputation as a top employer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR policies with business needs, including remote and hybrid work models.
- Analyze HR metrics and present data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or managerial role in a multinational or tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations across Southeast Asia.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and familiarity with regional employment regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in HRIS and data tools.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other Asian languages is advantageous.
- Passion for innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement in HR practices.
