Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage tax deductions, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements for employees.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain payroll systems, processes, and documentation to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and other compensation-related programs.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and government agencies as required.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members on payroll-related inquiries and issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a corporate or FMCG environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Certification in HR or payroll management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
