Responsibility
- Lead and optimize HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, driving operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Manage HR-related compliance, audits, and reporting to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement HR technology solutions to enhance productivity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, fostering a supportive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as payroll providers and benefits administrators, to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR operations or administration leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in payroll management, benefits administration, and HRIS (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar).
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment is highly desirable.
