Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection for facility service and outsourcing roles.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and operations.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and training records and generate reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends in facility management and outsourcing to ensure competitive hiring practices.
- Foster a positive candidate and employee experience by ensuring professionalism and transparency throughout the recruitment and training processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or training, preferably in facility services, outsourcing, or a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and design training programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with HRIS or ATS software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Passion for talent development and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work in Bali (preferably based in Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
