Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.
- Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism, fostering a harmonious workplace.
- Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring compliance with data protection and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
