Responsibility
- Identify and scout potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and talent across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and industry networks.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of influencers and talent, categorizing them based on niche, reach, and engagement metrics.
- Initiate and manage outreach campaigns to engage potential talent, presenting collaboration opportunities and negotiating terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align talent recruitment efforts with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Conduct thorough background checks and assessments to ensure the suitability and credibility of potential talent.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and payments for recruited talent, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and report on the performance of recruited talent, providing insights and recommendations for future collaborations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging talent to keep our talent pool fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent recruitment, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, CRM systems, and social media analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
