Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Administer timekeeping and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the compensation and benefits program, including payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing guidance to employees and management as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
