Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent for various roles within the financial services sector.
- Develop and implement learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Design and execute HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create strategic workforce plans.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a culture of open communication and engagement.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights into workforce trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for HR-related services, such as benefits administration and training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in recruitment, learning & development, and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
