Responsibility
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Help maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and workflows
- Assist in monitoring employee performance and feedback systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
