Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies to support business growth and operational excellence across multiple locations in Bali.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Design and implement performance management systems, employee development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR policies with business objectives and ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve workforce productivity and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
