Responsibility

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems to align individual goals with company objectives.
  • Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and global best practices.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee productivity and career growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize workforce planning, turnover reduction, and employee satisfaction.
  • Cultural Initiatives: Spearhead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to cultivate a thriving, multicultural workplace.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management, with proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy development.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and mentor HR teams while collaborating with senior management.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and international HR standards.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
