Responsibility
- Strategic Talent Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned sectors in APAC.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with regional business leaders, HR teams, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver scalable hiring solutions.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the companyâs employer brand in APAC through targeted campaigns, social media engagement, and participation in industry events.
- Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize hiring processes, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate quality.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent pools to proactively address skill gaps.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all hiring activities adhere to local labor laws, diversity initiatives, and company policies across APAC markets.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role within APAC.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruitment in technology, data centers, or related sectors is highly advantageous.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing recruitment teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable hiring plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), CRM tools, and data analytics platforms to drive recruitment efficiency.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working across diverse APAC markets, with sensitivity to local customs, labor laws, and business practices.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
