Responsibility
- Oversee all site-level human capital operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor laws
- Manage end-to-end HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance
- Coordinate with site management to implement workforce planning and scheduling for optimal operational efficiency
- Facilitate employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution at the site level
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration for site employees
- Develop and implement site-specific HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate guidelines
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance
- Support talent development initiatives and training programs for site personnel
- Collaborate with corporate HR to implement company-wide HR initiatives at the site level
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in mining, construction, or heavy industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proven experience in HR administration, payroll processing, and employee relations
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work in remote site locations with occasional travel requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Certification in HR (such as SHRM or local equivalent) is a plus
