Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of Thomson Hospitals.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with department heads.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, Training Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and multimedia platforms.
- Ability to design and develop training materials using various formats and technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in training or adult education (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) is a plus.
