Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Manage employee performance evaluations and career development programs
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures professionally
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management
- Assist in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Ensure workplace safety and health compliance in the manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali
