Responsibility
- Oversee daily General Affairs (GA) operations, including facility management, office administration, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for company assets, ensuring optimal functionality and cost efficiency.
- Lead procurement processes, from sourcing to contract negotiation, while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (K3) regulations and conduct regular audits.
- Manage security protocols and emergency response plans to safeguard company assets and personnel.
- Handle licensing, permits, and legal documentation to ensure all operations meet local and national requirements.
- Collaborate with HR to support employee onboarding, workspace allocation, and workplace policies.
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/GA, facilities management, or operational supervision, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, K3 standards, and business licensing procedures.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and GA/HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
