Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all new employees.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, including employment contracts, employee records, and compliance files.
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks, such as leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll support.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct HR-related research and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Liaise with various departments to address employee inquiries and provide timely HR support.
- Participate in performance management processes, including feedback collection and appraisal coordination.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software/tools.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
