Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on hiring progress.
- Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in Indonesia (preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
