Responsibility
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
