Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions for new and existing employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and KPIs, and refine content as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to create leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and digital training resources to ensure accessibility and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to drive innovation.
- Prepare reports and presentations on training outcomes, ROI, and recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English (and Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure training effectiveness.
- Certifications in HR, Training, or Coaching (e.g., SHRM, ATD) are highly advantageous.
