Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Conduct job analysis to understand the requirements and qualifications needed for open positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and selection criteria.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and best practices in candidate sourcing and selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia or the Philippines is advantageous.
