Responsibility
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for open roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your recruitment skills.

- Basic understanding of the recruitment process is a plus but not required.
