Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to create customized training solutions for various teams and roles.
- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) to track training progress, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars using modern instructional techniques and tools.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure cutting-edge training methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting training initiatives and encouraging employee participation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in training and development, with a strong background in designing and delivering corporate training programs.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is highly desirable.
