Responsibility
- Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from universities and colleges.
- Manage and grow campus marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and university partnerships.
- Organize and coordinate campus events, career fairs, and workshops to engage students and promote Think Academy’s brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and faculty members.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to create compelling recruitment materials and campaigns.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to ensure competitive strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably in the education or corporate sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, CRM tools, and recruitment software.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
