Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for all hires.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace engagement programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies, mitigating risks and fostering a fair work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or ATS software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
