Note: This is a full-time position based in Bali, Indonesia. We welcome both local candidates and those willing to relocate to this tropical paradise.
Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for all Bali locations
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Handle all HR administration tasks including employee records, contracts, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination
- Coordinate general affairs activities including office management, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and wellness activities for our team
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies across our Bali operations
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes
- Support monthly payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles, preferably in hospitality or wellness industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in administrative tasks
- Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus
