Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Design and deliver training sessions on soft skills, technical competencies, and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accurate records of employee information and training progress.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and career development workshops.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Proven track record in conducting interviews, assessments, and training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ATS, LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
