As an HR Associate, you will be the backbone of our HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including recruitment, onboarding, record management, and timekeeping. Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personal details, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee timekeeping and attendance systems, ensuring payroll accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and performance incentives.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including work permits and visa requirements for international hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance standards is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing employee and operational needs.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
