Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management programs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and compliant practices.
- Design and execute employee engagement and wellness programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct training and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or construction-related industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
